Our Menus

Join us at The Exchange, an eating and meeting place with two concepts: during the daytime the Tea Parlour offers a menu for a quick coffee and cake or a full sumptuous Afternoon Tea. In the evening, this space transforms into it’s alter ego, a sophisticated bar and restaurant offering a tempting wine, prosecco and cocktail list, serving a fabulous Tapas Menu made using fresh local ingredients.

We are keen to be inclusive for all, offering a wide range of gluten free and vegan options both during the daytime and the evening.

During the day, our Tea Parlour offers a wide variety of loose leaf tea, freshly ground coffee, homemade cakes and scones and a variety of brunch and lunches. We have many gluten free and vegan options, including cakes, scones, paninis, rolls and soup. 

Our Afternoon Teas are extermemly popular. We have worked hard to offer a great selection, including Classic Afternoon Tea, Gin, Sparkling and Children's options. We have speciality Afternoon Teas, including a Cheese Lovers' Afternoon Tea, Vegan Afternoon Tea and offer themed versions during school and public holidays. Vouchers are available to purchase for our Afternoon Tea by phone or in person and make a great gift!

The Tea Parlour is available for private hire on Sundays and we have a function room upstairs for special occasions, baby showers and birthdays.

Join us in our sophisticated cocktail bar for some fabulous hand-mixed cocktails or your perfect gin and tonic. With bar stools and sofas, we offer a sociable space perfect for any situation. Our wine and prosecco selection is supplied from Cambridge Wine Merchants and are perfect on their own or to compliment our tapas menu.

 We host live music from talented local musicians, singing a range of modern and classic music. Why not pop in and check out our next event?

We are proud of our tapas menu, offering a wide variety of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options alongside popular tapas meat and fish dishes. We are often adding new specials so check out our recent menu for latest dishes. We source many of our ingredients locally, supporting local butchers and farms.

Our delicious desserts include home-made cheescakes and banoffee pie; They're not to be missed!

Our upstairs restaurant can also be booked out to hold large parties!

Events at The Exchange

We frequently offer speciality, themed Afternoon Teas to celebrate annual events, our Mother's Day and Chrismas Afternoon Teas are especially popular.

We also hold live music, themed nights and cocktail making events throughout the year. Keep an eye on our facebook page for full information of upcoming events.

Looking to hold a private celebration?

We have a great space for celebrating in! Both our downstairs bar and upstairs restaurant are available for private hire. We also have a smaller function room to cater for smaller groups.
